September 18, 2018A group of us recently requested 75 plus Bingo cards and a Bingo cage. We told Managemnt that we wanted to have Bingo nights on Fridays in the beautiful community room we have here. We didn’t think Management was going to buy it for us because it was a lot of cards we were requesting. A couple of days after the request, we received a notice from Management that the Bingo Cards and Bingo cage are in the community ready for use. I was extactic!! Other Management Companies get annoyed by the ...residents but here in the Mill 10, they always have a smile and they are always helpful no matter how much we bug them. September 18, 2018Manager is friendly and approachable. She never makes you feel like she don’t want to be bothered. Maintenance gets the job done very quickly and he always keeps the building clean. The residents here are very friendly. This is its own little community and we are all like family. The community room is available for functions, with a complete working kitchen, or if you’d just like to get together with neighbors and enjoy an evening playing cards or just watching a little TV. September 14, 2018The apartments are very spacious and the bedrooms have a nice walk in closet but the closet in the kitchen is very small; I wish we had a bigger closet in the kitchen for storage. This is a smoke free building which I love!! The people here are very nice and welcoming too.
