Some routine daY and night issues of upstairs tenant..not normal...(sounds like a rowing or something) heard several times day and night..10 p to 2a Or 4a and continues. Does affect sleep so that I can get to work daily and refreshed. Only other issue is response to issues I report. Enjoy living here. Reasonable rent.Property Manager Responded

Not only does it offer a relatively convenient location not far from the hub of Kansas City, but it is nestled inside the beautiful Lee's Summit suburb which offers a quiet small-town aesthetic while at the same time has quite a bit to offer itself in terms of city-living.
