January 12, 2017I was looking at a one-bedroom unit here, gave my deposit and everything but I would rather pay $30 dollars more for rent, a better quality and MUCH nicer apartment, and friendlier staff than be disrespected by the apartment manager here. The office assistance is the first face you see for a reason, she's very nice and the only reason I even give this apartment it's 2 stars but the manager was so rude to me and my mother that I requested a refund of my deposit (which he originally agreed to give ...me then retracted his statement later) and left. The apartment I was shown was being renovated so I overlooked many of the things that were not as appealing to me but the parts that were completed were nothing like the images posted online or the images that were sent to me right before I saw them. Please, spend your money elsewhere. You'll get so much more for just a little bit more money. You get what you pay for here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not too bad of a place
August 2, 2015The only issue I have is the apartments are not uniform, so some are updated and some aren't. It's a toss up as to what apartment you'll get in regards to how nice it is. The floors are are hardwood which I appreciate, and the AC works really well. There is not, however, a fan in the bathroom, so renters beware. Property management is nice though, and they keep the parking lot clean. The area is not the best, but these apartments are much better looking than the ones around them.
