I don't have to go outside to put the garbage out, do my wash or get my mail, The elevators make it easier to get my groceries and packages to my apartment. Having a mailroom to have packages delivered to is great, too. I don't have to worry about anyone taking my packages, like has happened in the past. The people are very friendly but not nosey.
