I don't have to go outside to put the garbage out, do my wash or get my mail, The elevators make it easier to get my groceries and packages to my apartment. Having a mailroom to have packages delivered to is great, too. I don't have to worry about anyone taking my packages, like has happened in the past. The people are very friendly but not nosey. Office staff are extremely pleasant, friendly and professional! Maintenance is responsive and very skilled, plus Jason is a really great guy! I’m very happy here at Residence at Wells.
