July 2, 2024I was satisfied with the four repairs that were done from my initial move in/inventory inspection that I self conducted with the form/sheet that Retreat at Shadow Creek Ranch provided for me. May 13, 2024The Retreat at Shadow Creek Ranch is a great resident facility! This being my first apartment is everything that I could have wished for. The fitness facility is nice compared to others, and the pool deck is nice equipped with a grill for the hot summer months. I enjoy there is not tow for parking, which allows friends and family to not worry since parking is public, unless it is paid. Overall, I enjoy my living area and will be renewing my lease soon!Property Manager Responded
