I’ve lived at Revela for almost a year and the 4 times I’ve submitted a fix request, they ALL have been completed within 24 hours, plus the service personnel are always courteous and friendly! Another thing, it’s always clean! I constantly see cleaners around the complex touching up surfaces. And it smells so good in the elevators - a space that normally gets dirty and stinky easily.
