I am very happy with my brand stove and fridge I got when I moved in. The carpet, however, is super old and needs immediate updating, as do the cabinets in bathroom and kitchen. I live on the second floor, and was told the first floor apartments got new carpet and were recently updated. Overall, though, it's a good place to live for a little while. It does the job, but don't expect anything more than that. The kitchen is too small and dark for me, but that's expected of apartments. Sliding doors ...
bring a lot of light in after noon into sunset - really nice! Balcony is a plus, and the hook-ups inside are my favorite feature! The place does have a laundry room, though, and an indoor pool, both of which I have never visited.
