  • Great Apartment and Mngmnt

    January 1, 2019
We have been living here for two years now and have love every minute of it. The complex is in a great location, easy highway access, and close to everything we need. Anytime I have any issues at all the management team is happy and willing to help us out. They bend over backwards to make tenants happy and it really shows how much they care. I dont see myself leaving anytime soon. If youre looking for a great community and friendly people who cares about your experience, this is the place for ...
    you.

  • My Review

    December 4, 2018
I don’t usually bother with these online reviews but I got to say this place really deserves the 5 stars. When I went with the upgraded unit a few months ago I felt it was a good deal - 2 story townhome, real oak staircase, new upgraded appliances, wood floors (or whatever it is - looks like wood), private back yard, for $100 more. But on top of that, now that I have been here for a while I can say the service is excellent as well. Management is always helpful, responsive - I think they go ...
above and beyond what most places will do for you. Maybe because it’s a smaller place. But I do appreciate the level of service and I wanted to recognize them for that with this review.

  • Nice Place

    April 23, 2018
I rented one of the upgraded apartments with the new wood flooring and the new black appliances and loved it! They got me in at a great price for a reasonable priced apartment and the management always corrected any issues in a timely manor.

  • Stay FAR away

    May 4, 2017
I have lived here 9 years. Since the new ownership has taken over all they have done is raise rent while doing next to nothing with the maintenance. I had to send them a bag full of bedbugs before they would believe that my apartment was infested. I went a month without them fixing my air conditioner during July and didn't fix it until I got the city involved. I complained about falling tiles in the bathtub so they put up plastic walls. Anytime I have used the laundry room I ended up with oil ...
spots on my clothes and when I complained they said they were not responsible for the machines. One time I walked in and awoke a homeless man sleeping in the laundry room. This place is a joke!

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
