It is close enough to most shops anyone needs in addition to towns like Arvada and Westminster but feels tucked away into a suburban area. August 17, 2022The property needs a lot of updates: patios, stairs, especially given how much we pay for rent now. Overall it's a nice neighborhood though and the appliances and amenities are nice.
