July 5, 2023This place is the worse. Rental office is always closed. No one answers calls or emails. Punks are vandalizing everything. Vacant apartments being used as a hang out for punks smoking weed. Doors getting kicked in. Fire alarms being pulled in the middle of the night. I could go on and on, but I won't. October 26, 2022I applied for them soon about to be 1 month and I’m still currently waiting for approval.! No one answer the phone, no one reply’s to my emails, no one reply to my caseworker or nothing. I gave them everything they need and ask for to move forward with my application and literally NO REPLY WHAT SO EVER. Me and my family are currently homeless because of this process, and I told them that as well & one of the manager ( not gonna mention her name ) but she told me my personal issue isn’t her ...problem and once your application get processed we will let you know and hang up on me. It’s very bad management service and not just getting applicants updates about their application is bad as well. May 9, 2022I have called multiple times and have been met with nothing but rudeness. They have been super angry with me and just plain mean. They are not patient and their updates on their available properties are never accurate.Property Manager Responded

December 5, 2017These apartment are disgusting, everything is old from the carpet, to the appliances. Ive seen Mice/ roaches all over epecically in the shared basement. Management is a joke, they lose everything so keep your receipts. O yeah Good luck getting anything fixed. Since I moved in 2 months ago, half my outlet don’t work and the ones that do work You can’t use at the same time or you blow the fuse. I still can’t get Hot water to do my dishes. They say they have a work order in or there waiting on parts ...but its been like this since we moved in. But I guess you can sleep good at night knowing the police will be here very day. June 29, 2017These apartments are very old and unsanitary. They have been infested with mice and roaches for the entire duration of my lease and they seemingly cannot get a handle on it. Someone was also shot in one of the buildings recently so don't plan on moving your children here! Not to mention most of the tenants are rude, unwelcoming, do not keep their space or the community spaces clean, and are very inconsiderate. It may be a 'pet friendly' complex but most of the people here do not own pets and will ...be visibly annoyed with you and rude to you if you do have one.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
