Office lady so nice and apartment great
November 23, 2024I think one of the best things about my complex is Amber from the front office. She was very helpful and informative thru the whole application and made me feel valued. I would give this girl a raise cause I worked in customer service and she is top tier!! August 12, 2024While searching for a new apartment home, I came across Ridgewood West. I spoke with a young lady named Ashley, She was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. I went into the office to get more information and to tour their 2BD apartment and I was greeted by Ashley. Her bubbly personality, and positive attitude really made me feel at ease. August 12, 2024I rented a three-bedroom apartment at Ridgewood West Apartments from Amber in January. I was really pleased with her service and attitude. She was pleasant, quick to respond, and truthful throughout the whole process. She always answered my calls or emails when I had any questions about my application and paperwork. She explained everything about the lease agreement, like parking, trash removal, late charges,and pest control and any necessary unit charges, if any. She was really clear about the ...availability and condition of the apartment unit to me. Once, I moved into my unit, which was clean and undamaged, and I saw everything and was satisfied with it. I would definitely recommend Amber and her team because they're the best. I would give them five stars out of five.
