    They lied about ongoing construction noise when I moved in. The walls are so thin that the noise from the road is functionally the same as if I just lived outside. The past several months they've charged me a lease violation fee for no reason seemingly just to see if I would come dispute it. The washer and drier barely work. The thermostat breaks constantly. The lighting is atrocious. Many of the outlets don't work, or are entirely fake. The drawers are incredibly shoddy, especially in the ...
    bathroom. The water smells and tastes very strange. A large number of parking spaces are reserved for commercial properties that don't exist. They will spam your inbox with constant promotions for food trucks, cleaning services, and other nonsense so you're basically paying to be advertised to.

    The whole process was great. I came in Wednesday for a tour & moved in the following Sunday. Mari the Assistant Manager and Lauren we're awesome.     This location is the epitome of community involvement! It’s energetic, alive and welcoming. There is a mix of people that live here from all different ages but nothing that makes you worrisome. The location is superb to explore around and go out to enjoy yourself, or with your friends/family. Just outside of the downtown border line which makes it refreshing to know you can get home without traffic or road blocks of downtown night life shutting roads down. Different avenues and methods to access ...
    roadways which is a major plus. You have mini plazas near by that are about 5 minute drive, nearly 5-6 blocks away, so you have many options to choose from. Place is great !

    Living at Novel Lucerne is exactly what we were looking for. The location is fabulous, just on the fringes of downtown. Our apartment, although a one-bedroom it is spacious & provides plenty of natural lighting. Staff was responsive & helped us with viewing the apartment virtually since we lived in Cape Coral. Move-in day was smooth with no issues. We especially appreciate that its a pet-friendly community.
