Great Price
January 24, 2016Great apartment, great area. For the price, it cannot be beat. Staff is friendly, very responsive to any issues you may have. You generally cannot hear your neighbors unless they are obnoxiously loud, which is nice. Only downfalls are their "drug policy" is not really enforced. You will walk outside and smell your neighbors pot, but not a deal breaker if your neighbors are considerate. Also, people do not clean up after their pets like they should. Good size for price in this area
August 7, 2015I have lived in these apartments for almost a year. I have a 3 bdrm, 1 full bath and 3/4 bath in master bedroom. Love how my kids can have their rooms across from each other, bathroom is nearby for them as well. In apartment washer and dryer is wonderful, dishwasher, very nice stove/oven, garbage disposal and open floor plan. I like how I'm not isolated from everyone while being in the kitchen. Windows are large and I like the lock on them. Neighbors are friendly and the little park is nice to ...take my kids to. Some things I would like to see is an outdoor area to hang dry clothes, designated gardening area if tenants choose and invest in solar panels. Great management, very friendly. Even an area to take your dog to if you have one. Non smoking in all apartments is so nice! That will help the inside smell so good for those of us who don't smoke! Overall, this is a great apartment area to be in. I also like seeing deer wonder around!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
