October 17, 2024Rittenhouse is one of the best living options off of campus. In addition to the large living spaces that are already furnished, they are super accommodating with parking which is hard to find around here. The amenities make it all worth it as well.Property Manager Responded

October 16, 2024My roommates and I love living at rhittenhouse. The maintenance guys are so helpful and friendly it’s nice to see them walking around. I feel safe living here and rhittenhouse gives so many nice events to the student here. we live in the townhouses and it’s great. We also love the patio. October 16, 2024I am new to living at rittenhouse and love it so far! My best friends have lived in the townhouses for the past 2 years and it honeslty is the nicest thing. Maintenance comes whenever they need, they are so nice!, and everything is maintenced and taken care of all over the residence. Everything is in perfect condition when moving in, there are never any problems around the living residence and everyone literally could not be more helpful.Property Manager Responded
