The apartment was fixed up nice. It had new carpet and appliances. Management fixed any issues promptly. The rent was affordable for the size.

Apartment is decent for price

Apartment is decent for price and area it is in. Nothing fancy though. Managers keep up grounds and always fixed things when asked. Neighbors though can vary nothing too outrageous but some loud and obnoxious.
