Needs updating to common areas
October 23, 2023We visited this building today in hopes of seeing a rental we were told was available. The agent was difficult to contact, no phone number to contact, or directions on where to meet. We entered the building and the first observation is the degraded steps which are in disrepair. The step tiles are cracked, chipped, broken. The ceiling area above the steps in the also needs repair. Ceiling tiles are unattached, broken, which is disappointing. This building is full of cigarette smoke and for ...anyone who has allegories or breathing difficulties, this is not the building for you. The building is large enough to fund repairs and renovations. Apparently, repairs and renovations are not a priority for the tenants.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
