December 12, 2022Absolutely disgusting!!! They do not take care of any issues at hand. In fact they refuse to fix my apartment or even hire someone to spray for bugs!!! It’s horrible no matter how much you clean your home you are still going to have roaches, the place in completely infested.Review from Apartments.com

Review of River Gardens
September 5, 2015Best apartments in town by far, very clean grounds. Feels safe here, all the neighbors watch out for each other too. However, it is lacking in maintenance for the apartments units themselves. Also, there are unattended and rowdy children running amuck, messing with other peoples property.
