November 5, 2024I've been living at River Oaks Apartments since April 2024 and I think it's a great place to live. I was enticed by a rental special they had. I haven't had any major issues and any maintenance requests that I've submitted have been dealt with promptly. The only downside to living here is the lack of a dog park for dog owners. Also, it's hard to get a hold of the leasing office via the phone. But outside of those small issues, I've enjoyed living here and don't have any complaints.Property Manager Responded

November 3, 2024I've loved the experience so far, from the view on the balcony to the pearly white bathroom and pool and gym to the dishwasher and parking lot, there's nothing to complain about and I'm loving it.Property Manager Responded

October 6, 2024Loud neighbors, trash gets thrown everywhere. I reported a huge wasp nest on my balcony for 4 months and still hasn’t been removed. Rent is kind of pricey for what the complex is.Property Manager Responded
