September 13, 2015River Place apartments sits on the banks of the Hillsborough River. The views are spectacular from every area. Boats, jet skis, and canoes travel the river everyday. If you love water sports and fishing than this is the place to be. River Place has a gazebo where you can just sit and relax and a pool so you can cool off after a hot sunny Florida day. VIEWS AND MAINTENANCE ISSUES
September 7, 2015EVERYTHING ABOUT THE APARTMENT EXCEPT IF YOU LIKE TO GO FISHING. I'M DISAPPOINTED LATELY I HAVE NO LUCK IN CATCHING THOSE BIG FISH LIKE WHEN I FIRST MOVED HERE. THAT'S A DISAPPOINTMENT. THAT'S WHY MOVED HERE!! THE LAUNDRY MAT HOW MANY CAMERAS DO YOU NEED IN A FAIRLY ENCLOSED ROOM WOW, IS THREE CAMERAS NECESSARY. WOW, THE MAINTENANCE ISSUES WITH THE CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED. IF I COULD GET THE THING TO SHUT OFF SOMETIMES....!!! IF I TURN THE THERMOSTAT UP TO 76 ...IT NEVER TURNS ON AND I HAVE TO KEEP THE THERMOSTAT AT 73 IN ORDER TO GET SOMETHING TO BLOW ON ME AND KEEP THE APARTMENT COOL. I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN HOW THEY HANDLED A NEW NEIGHBOR THAT MOVED ABOVE ME WHICH I HAD TO PAY FOR EXPENSES TO MOVE AGAIN!!! WOW, WHAT HAPPEN TO PEACE AND COMFORT IN MY OWN HOME IN FLORIDA OTHER THAN THAT, THE MAINTENANCE IS EXCELLENT IN GETTING THINGS DONE, BUT MAYBE MORE THAN ONCE...., BUT THEY DO RESPOND FAIRLY QUICKLY I'M IMPRESSED. Excellent Place to Live!
July 21, 2015The building was completely renovated, and looks amazing! I have been here a year now, and have no vision in moving any time soon!~ The ladies in the office and the maintenance crew is fantastic! Issues are handled very quickly as well as professional~ The people here are wonderful, and it is extremely quiet which is what I love!Review from Apartments.com
I am a Furture renter after the renovations
May 19, 2014I was taken back on how nice the staff was with me and attentive to my needs and moving as well. I work in the Moving Industry and that does not make it any easier when you are looking to move. Carol in the office was great and assisted and reassured me all through the process. I move into an apartment there in July and I cannot wait! Do not judge past reviews, take a ride by and do just what I did...stop and visit and I am sure that you will see what I saw when I stopped by too! DeeReview from Apartments.com
