June 21, 2022I love basically everything about living here but I think people are allowed to smoke inside their apartments and at this very moment my entire floor smells like 5,000 cigarettes are being smoked at the same time, which is seeping into my apartment. I’ve complained before and they’ve insulated my door and given me an air purifier, which I appreciate, but it’s so bad.Review from Apartments.com

Great Building, OK Location
August 9, 2015The Building. It's very clean, friendly doorman/concierge staff, decent gym/pool/tennis courts on the 3rd floor, if your apartment is facing west then you'll have great views of the Hudson (especially at sunset). Also being right next to the Hudson River means you're very close to great biking/jogging. Keep in mind: this is a pet friendly building, so the occasional dog baring early in the morning may be your wake up alarm. Location. You're from the subways and a few long blocks from good ...restaurants (but there are two grocery stores near by). The building does have a morning and evening shuttle bus to help you get to and from the subways. But if you miss them expect to walk, taxi, or wait for the bus traffic laden 42nd st bus. Keep in mind: you'll be dealing with swarms of tourists at Times Square.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
