Small to medium size dogs are welcome (some breed restrictions apply), and the pet fee is $50 per month. River Ridge also provides great community features such as on-site pavilions with gas grills, paved trails, common areas, private and shared roof top terraces, and river access located less than a city block away. Residents will automatically be given the Regal Property Management discount for the Staybridge Hotel located in River Prairie, perfect for visiting family and friends. This building features two community rooftop terraces with gas grilles included for your convenience, as well as a community center, and fitness room! River Ridge is a SMOKE-FREE community and prohibits smoking in the units or anywhere within 25 feet of the property.
