November 11, 2024This apartment complex has spiraled into a poor money grab by current management it seems. Cheap equipment/ fixes for true issues and no communication to tenants. Amenities are neglected regularly and are often left as is in case of brokenness or stolen items.Property Manager Responded

July 3, 2024This is my eighth year at River Run (May 15, 2016 was my first day of residency). It is home. In this building alone I think there are 30 apartments. Thirty different family units, singles, doubles, plus. Thirty different life combos in progress. And for the most part we stay out of one another's way, are pretty respectful of peace and privacy, and friendly enough to greet one another with a smile and good morning when the opportunity presents. Extrapolate that across however many total buildings ...times 30 apartments...it is definitely a community. I'm happy to be here.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT
December 6, 2023My wife and I have been renting an apartment from River Run for about 5 months now and it’s been a nightmare from the start. There were roaches in our apartment before we could even move in and all the management said was “oh that’s not a big one”. The maintenance team here is a joke when it comes to fixing things but don’t make them mad because the maintenance team has the power to issue fines for parking, apartment cleanliness, etc. Also this complex is NOT DOG FRIENDLY, if they do not like ...your dog they will try their hardest to make you get rid of him/her by giving fines. Overall this place is absolutely terrible from the management to the weed smoking, fighting, loud residents. Please do not waste your time or money hereProperty Manager Responded

December 4, 2023Leasing process fairly easy, when it is time to talk to someone on the phone though impossible to get through. Had many issues upon moving in regarding hygeine issues, bathrooms and important areas not cleaned. Mold in dishwasher. Clumps of previous residents hair blocking both shower drains.
