July 22, 2015The apartments that my son and I live in, we call home, a place I feel safe. The 1100sqf of spacious living provides all new appliances, washer, dryer, and microwave. Also included is pest control, water and basic cable ,and pet friendly. And a must ,there is a pool!!! which my son and I absolutely enjoy. Steps from the pool is a canal on the cote river, so bring your kayak or small boat. And if you just want to grab a cooler and a fishing pole, you can do it all here. the apartments are eight ...blocks from downtown with plenty of restaurants and entertainment and numerous activities, fairs, parades, recreation department and library. And a new park is being built it will be done in December which will include kayaking, splash park, fishing and a stage for concerts all along the cote river. A safe lighted environment with a friendly maintenance man that is here everyday and a manager that lives on site.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The apartments are also provided with free water, pest control, garbage and basic cable. And a pool!! Which is absolutely wonderful ,my son and I enjoy that . A must living in Florida ,the sunshine state. The pool is steps away from a canal that runs off the gulf of Mexico, so bring a small boat or kayak. And if you just ...want to grab a cooler and a fishing pole, you can do it all right here. The apartments are located in a safe lighted area. And about eight blocks from downtown, restaurants, entertainment and numerous activities ,right along the cote river. Fairs, parades, a recreation department and library. And a new park will be finished in December it will provide stage for concerts ,kayaking and splash park.
