It was a very odd and unprofessional experience. We were in and out in less than 8 minutes. Other cons: No covered parking. If you have a second vehicle, you have to park in the street. Also, there are no options for paying rent or filling out an application online. You must return to the complex to get these completed. Overall, we were impressed with the apartment itself. But the idea of dealing with this type of management was a complete turn off and not worth the risk.

used car salesman trying to close a deal. We said we wanted a night to think about it, and the reply was “If you have to think about it, then it doesn’ seem like you really want it.” Also, everything was advertised as “first month free” which isn’t true. Its a month starting from the moment you sign the lease, which needs to be the day your application is approved. In our case we already had an apartment, and needed to give 30 days notice. But we were told we had to sign the lease and take possesion of the apartment that day! It also wasn’t a full month free, it was the rest of the current month, which was only 3 weeks. When we asked about everything (website, brochure, etc) saying “first month free” the owner/manager pretty much accused my wife of being a liar, saying “my notes say that I told you all about this on our first call”. Which obviously wasn’t true because we wouldn’t have wasted a weekend going through the whole application process if we had known the truth. The units were very nice, but after dealing with the owners/managment, there was no way we were getting locked into a lease with these people. Definitely feel like we dodged a bullet.........
