June 17, 2024I think my biggest compliment would be for the leasing team, Shannon, who truly went above and beyond to not only help me comfortably pick a unit I like from out of state, but also ensured I had the most convenient move-in despite coming in after hours. I love the convenience of the location, and the community is really well kept. The lobby area was my favorite to hang at till I got a wifi connection setup, and there are so many resident events happening that gives me a sense of community even ...when I’m new to the city and state. Overall, everyone at the office are incredibly friendly and resourceful, and even find the other residents very helpful and considerate. The BEST
April 2, 2024The staff is amazing (shoutout to Nate). If I ever have a maintenance issue he fixes it ASAP. I love this place so much I have renewed my lease 3 times. The staff is truly a second family to me. They all rock! Also, obviously the location is beautiful and you can walk to everything downtown. The monthly events are the also the best! They are a great way for residents to meet others. If you are ever on the fence I definitely recommend moving here. They will make you feel right at home :)Property Manager Responded
