Renters Reviews and Ratings
Ive been a tenant for 4 years
November 22, 2019I have lived here for 4 years now. It is a nice place. The only real issue i have and every other person is that the rent goes up every single year and they don't redo anything in your apartment for the raise in price... i have been a loyal tenant and that is not a way to treat someone living in your apartment... they respond very quickly for repairs and problems the place is small but nice. Walls are very thin I can hear the neighbors. Laundry room has tiny washer and dryers. The landscaping is ...ok. They do a mediocre job. I moved here was very happy. Now i am so upset because every year we get a notice the rent is increasing. We know you have to raise it sometimes but every year that is a bit much...Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Past tenant 5 years
January 27, 2019Nice small apartment, good neighborhood, grounds are always nice. Maintenance repairs issues quickly. Good size bedroom. Very small kitchen, walls are thin you can hear neighbors music or TV and if your on the 1st floor you can hear every foot step from the 2nd floor rent goes up every year, expensive for the square footage, even though they do not remodel or paint or upgrade your apartment. Overall the apartment is in a safe neighborhoodReview from Apartments.com
Lived here for 5 years.
July 27, 2018One of the nicest complexes I ever lived in. Taken care of professionally. Whenever I had a problem it was addressed quickly. Quiet area grounds always kept clean. Rents are higher than when I was there - but this area in general is not cheap. My only complaint was the laundry rooms. The machines never worked and were always crowded when they were working. But as I said. I have lived in apartments in the area all my life and this was a very nice place to live and I would higly recommend it.Review from Apartments.com
Ok for price BUT...
February 12, 2018This is not bad for the money but the rent always goes up every year the service from the front desk is funny acting and the worst Laundry facilities I’ve ever had to deal with the washers are small and the dryers never dry my cloths 2$ to wash 2 $ to dry if you pay 2 $ for and hour on the dry and that’s all they give you without adding another 2$ it should at least dry a small load smh the place is ok but some things are shaky not to mention you can’t even smoke on your balcony they want you to ...walk to the parking lot to smoke so if you had kids and your a smoker it’s gonna be tough if it wasn’t for the price I wouldn’t live here at allRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
