December 4, 2024The building is nice. However, in the 1000 building, the elevator has been down for many monoths the and the one working does not feel safe. This does not leave many options for carrying large items since you will have to take some stairs either way.Review from Apartments.com

November 28, 2024This is my first experience living in a building community. After owning 3 homes, and having been in 2 different type rental apartments, Riverwalk provides a much more personal experience than I expected. Because it is not brand new, there have been a couple of issues before and since I moved in a month ago. The office staff's responsiveness, (Ionna and Karen as well as new Kim) have been phenomenal. The maintenance workers fixed everything as requested while being super respectful, calls along ...the way, etc. I am so impressed and so happy to be in this community where management truly wants to make the living experience here as awesome and comfortable as possible. I’ve lived here for almost one year and there have been three changes so far. There is general lack of confidence in the apartment complex. There is a lack of letting residents know of changes/repairs/updates which is frustrating. Grounds are dirty and need repair.Review from Apartments.com
