October 12, 2024This is my last apartment before I buy my home, so I wanted it to be luxury enough for me and cost effective enough to get to my homebuyers goal. I’ve loved every minute of it. Fantastic amenities; the gym is top quality with great equipment (love the Peleton!), the coffee bar is a great touch, the pool area is great for myself and guests (bbq area, outside tv, music and lounge seats dipped in the pool). I have the studio as it is just me and it’s all that I need. Modern appliances, great washer ...and dryer, energy efficient utility bills, super cozy. Love this place. September 25, 2024Moved in with no issues/complications. Shared space is lovely, clearly respected and well taken care of. The apartment itself was very clean. The neighborhood as a whole feels laid back and safe. Everybody seems very respectful and minds their own business, quiet atmosphere. Lots of dogs on walks in the friendly and safe neighborhood.
