Beautiful Property - Amazing Place to Live
September 5, 2024We cannot say enough great things about Rize! The location is beautiful, the amenities are stunning, and the apartment units themselves are fantastic. On top of that, the management team at Rize may be the most friendly, helpful, and accommodating team we have ever met! The whole team at Rize made our transition so smooth and stress-free that we felt at home right away. To mention everything about Jonathan and how wonderful he has been throughout this process would take up the rest of the space ...in this review! From our first tour, finding us the perfect unit, answering our million questions and phone calls, to assisting with the moving checklist, making us feel so welcomed, and everything else, we can't thank you enough, Jonathan!! We moved two months early just because of how much we fell in love with Rize after meeting with him, but actually living here has beyond surpassed our expectations. The building is the perfect balance of being close to Irvine's attractions and shopping centers, while still being tucked away from the busier areas. It is lovely for strolling around or down the walking path that surrounds the entire building, which we love to do in the evenings. The pool and common areas are designed like works of art, we even enjoy just relaxing in the jacuzzi and appreciating the pretty architecture around us! The best part, of course, are the actual apartment units. We downsized to a 1-bedroom from a 2-bedroom and did not even notice the difference. Because the space feels so open and the layout is so well-designed with ample storage, we felt like we had even more space than before! The fixtures, appliances, and cabinet and floor finishes all contribute to a really high-end and high-quality overall feel. After seeing how amazing Rize is, our friends and family members now want to move here as well, which is as good a recommendation as you can get! June 16, 2023Ever since new management took over as Graystar things have really improved. The office staff is nice and the amenities are well taken care of.
