September 13, 2015Facility is clean and well maintained. Connie and Jesus are very accommodating and tend our needs right away. Neighborhood is not really safe.. Somebody broke my car window and took my belongings even if I parked it inside the parking garage. When Esquire apartment was bought by Roberts management , a lot of things change especially with payments..my monthly due change from 1857 to 1918.13, I have to pay separately the water,sewer and trash for 85.15 every month aside from paying for LADWP of ...263.39 every other month.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
