January 31, 2025Everything was so swift from the application process to move in day. We heard about the apartments on Thursday and we were moved in by that following Tuesday. Being that I am new to this experience, the landlord was very helpful and informative. She made sure I was extremely aware of what I was getting myself into and how everything would be! I’m very grateful for how sweet she was because I know I wasn’t an easy camper lol. Great place to live
January 15, 2025I want to firstly thank Ms Marcia for being patient with me through the move in process! I am beyond thankful and appreciative for her patience. The apartment was clean and the amenities were newly installed. I haven’t had any complaints with anything. Ms Marcia also gets back to you quickly when there is a question. October 19, 2024Pre- move in: Marcia was very helpful through the process and communicated promptly. Very pleasant! Move-in: Van gave me a warm welcome and showed me everything I needed to know. Apartment was recently renovated. Has new paint, new floors, well maintained appliances. Bathroom recently resurfaced. Nice new clean apartment

Its Great So Far
February 24, 2022Spacious 1 bed 1 bath (walk in closet, coat closet, pantry). Renovated. Doors lock to building. Lots of parking. Responsive office staff. Only downside is that there are nearby shootings sometimes, so safety can be a concern, but nothing on property so far.Property Manager Responded
