  • Mold

    September 22, 2019
    We have mold here. The buildings with metal roofs are new and we were evacuated for 4 weeks to get the mold taken care of and it's still bad in certain units. 1204 and 1209 were just rented out and there tenants moved within 40 days of renting due to mold.

  • Been a good 3 year stay.....

    We have lived at Robin Court for 3 years. Very quite and wooded atmosphere. Wildlife is fun to watch all seasons long. The on site manager and maintenance are both just wonderful. I just wish the owners would put the same amount of time and money into this property. I feel with some up dates such as a dishwashers and new cabinets/counters and a sufficient heating/cooling system would make the apartment worth the money.
