We offer one bedrooms with an approximate square footage of 800 and two bedrooms with an approximate square footage of 1000. All apartments include heat, hot water, water, sewer & trash removal. Each apartment has, wall/wall carpeting, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stackable washer/dryer & central A/C. There are lighted ceiling fans in the dining room, mini blinds on all windows, storm/screen doors on each apartment & off-street parking. Our remodel apartments come with newer kitchen cabinets, counter tops and appliances including a microwave over the stove. Abundant closet space, 24-hour emergency maintenance staff and a Professional on-site Management staff who are caring and courteous. We offer a free fitness center and are in the process of installing a new "Sparkling inground swimming pool" membership fee still to be determined. Sorry no dogs but we do allow cats for a small onetime fee. We are open 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday, Friday & Saturday and Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8:30am to 7:00pm. Great Location
March 7, 2013Robin Hill Apartments is located in Voorhees walking distance to PATCO Speedline, 5 min to WhiteHorse Pike and about 10 min to 295. Neighborhood is residential and friendly. I have traveled through this area the past 10 yrs all hours of day and night to take PATCO to Philly and it always appears peaceful. Nearby Echelon Mall is also a nice perk. On my visit the grounds were well groomed and the apartments clean, updated and well maintained. Private apartment entrances are well lit and screen ...doors are installed so you can let fresh air in!!! Apartment layouts are spacious with good closet space. Staff is friendly and receptive to your needs..no pushy sales!!
