December 5, 2024Honestly just waiting to move into a different community/house. Landscapers constantly blow dirt and debris up onto patios, parking situation is horrible, trash areas are a mess and nothing is done to hold people responsible. Email “reminders” don’t seem to help. Install cameras in problem areas to keep residents accountable… trashy complex.Property Manager Responded

November 2, 2024It's a great and strategic location. It's also secured and smoke free environment. The cleanliness is also an attractive feature. The rent is a bit on the high side and the greatest issue is parking if you've got more than one car.Property Manager Responded

November 15, 2024very nice community, wish they never got rid of the hot tub. Doesnt make any sense why the hot tub would be removed from the pool area, i would’ve given a higher rating but it’s the winter and we got no hot tub :(Property Manager Responded
