March 11, 2025The area is nice and well kept up and the maintenance and leasing staff are all friendly and attentive. The only complaint I have is that the water is getting shut off at least once a month due to a maintenance emergency. The apartment has been upgraded with a new air condition, dishwasher, dryer, garbage disposal and microwave, The grounds are well kept, and recently upgraded. I have no complaints whatsoever. February 23, 2025Staff is great, the couple that host the little events here are amazing. The only problem is when the property has vendors that come and do remodeling or fixing units the people who are hired for the job are parking in reserved spaces, its happened to me many times where im driving around and having to wait and find the people to move.Property Manager Responded

February 12, 2025This is a nice place to live not alot of parking for visitors but the grounds are well kept and trash is locked up at least 3 times a week not alot of noise and trafficProperty Manager Responded
