Its a friendly environment and also very quiet. The office staff is very friendly. Overall this has been the best apartments we have ever lived in. June 4, 2024I have lived in my apartment home here in Rolling Hills Gardens Apartments since January 1, 2004. I moved here from Los Angeles. Rolling Hills and Eastlake Village has been my home since that time. The entire area is peaceful and quiet, and all the residents are the same. I don't have a pet, but they do allow small pets, which can be a great comfort. The landscape is kept perfect and all areas are kept perfectly clean. We are all grandparents or great-grandparents. The units were built to ...accommodate a wheelchair or a walker if needed. The managment team is outstanding and efficient in all areas.Property Manager Responded
