December 23, 2024The houses are nice, the services are generally great, there's a very nice community pool that operates during the summer break but there's not enough cleaning/gardening going around the shard court yards, and in general, the public areas could use a bit of touch. The community is mixed and there's a general feeling of co-existence. The price is competitive for the time. In general I'd recommend living here.Review from Apartments.com

December 5, 2024I recently moved in, and I can already tell it’s going to be a wonderful place to live. My first week here has been nothing short of great. The apartment is bright and feels like the perfect place to settle in. I love the modern design and how well-maintained everything is. September 20, 2024"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are Clean and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of Gym,pool,and park area. September 18, 2024Rollins park apartments are spacious family friendly. Metro station is walkable distance to visit DC in minutes. Aldi n other shopping places are nearby for day today things .
