November 14, 2024been here three years. Lots of bug problems, slow responses, network outage issues (the latest one just before finals.), and shuttle issues. The first year it was total failure in management, the second with safety given all the shootings that happened, and now the third just being completely slow response. this is very much you get what you pay for situation. two stars because the new bus driver actually knows how to run the routes on time. it was so prevalently bad my sophomore and junior ...years that I had to start drafting excuses to my professors about how bad the bus drivers were at, ditching me in a certain spot, or else I might have failed courses. October 19, 2024Staff and management team are friendly and nice. Very professional. And the property is well secured by armed security and have high strictness meaning not allowing anybody to enter as long as a guest of some sort of each resident and not allowing any big gatherings like heavy partying and drinking. But a very peaceful quiet apartment community as it should be for students and any kind of disabilities( disabled residents)that are limited and sensitive to loudness and any interruptions like ...nonesence behavior that is not allowed an the apartment community for student housing.
