Owner needs to step it up
November 9, 2022The units inside have been remodeled very nice, however the rest of the building is ugly and worn down. Pipes are so old and rusty that they seem to always be getting clogged. By far the dirtiest, oldest laundry room I've ever seen. The washing and drying machines are so old that it doesn't even tell you how much time is left and they don't properly wash/dry your clothes, making you add more quarters to re-wash and dry. Despite the managers efforts to clean it often, it always is super dirty and ...old. Laundry room needs to seriously be remodeled. The homeless is a huge issue in the area, they are all around the building, using our walls as their bathroom and leaving their trash all around our building; it's embarrassing to even have company over. Right across the building is a liquor store where gang members love to hang out daily smoking and drinking all day/night. I do not feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood. The manager is super sweet and tries her best to keep the building from falling apart, but you can tell she is stuck with minimal resources as the owner seems to be tight on money to improve the building. Repaint the outside of the building, hire a weekly cleaning crew, fix the front gate intercom, install more cameras as car break in's are big thing here, remodel the laundry room and get modern washers/dryers, hire a night security! Rent goes up, washer/dryer price go up when they do nothing to improve the building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Owner does not honor the posting and rules posted
August 17, 2017I applied for the apartment and even though his posting says pets allowed on the listing. And the required pet deposit, he refused to rent to me because I have a dog. The apartment we view has a rat trap and there are homeless right outside.Review from Apartments.com
