The new owner bought it as a investment and only cares if you are paying rent nothing else, He charges way to much for his rent for 25-30 yr old units. Repairs are at his leisure and shoddy work , Old units that require a lot of work with old a/c units. Should a a/c unit go out he will not replace it only bring you a window unit only to use, not real friendly and often rude. He does not like animals .
