July 30, 2024It's been almost a year since I moved in, and the air conditioner has broken down about 20 times, and sometimes even if you ask for a repair, it won't come for 2-3 days. I get an email saying the issue has been resolved. The repair request history is not showing. Not only the air conditioner but also the ceiling of the house below is leaking, so we visited our house for a few days to repair it. Apparently, there's no problem. Even after repairs, the house downstairs still has a complaint that ...water drops from the ceiling. On a rainy day, even if my house closes the windows, the water drops from above. I've asked for the air conditioner repair five times since yesterday morning, but it didn't come until this evening. Nonetheless, we didn't get angry. It's 84 degrees now. Even if I have a 3-month-old baby, it doesn't get processed quickly. In the winter, I even spend the night without a heater. I've tried to keep my fetus warm. They don't fix fans to the ceiling for a year. I might have to buy one. I post realistic and honest reviews without any bad feelings at all.Property Manager Responded

May 22, 2024The management are liars & act like newbies, they are lazy and horrible & claim they will fix issues in apartments but never come and do it even after MONTHS. WORST PLACE I’ve ever lived!!!
December 30, 2021I would never recommend this place to anyone who wants to live comfortably. It’s been a headache ever since I’ve lived here due to continuous maintenance issues. I’ve never had to put in so many work orders for an apartment until moving living here. And there’s no sense of urgency to fix major problems, such as air conditioning units. WORST Customer Service!
September 24, 2021WORST Customer Service! This is regarding Leslie and John from the leasing office. Called this place for availability and even arranged for one of my friends to visit since i am from out of state. They assured everything was all set and sent me a quote and when i tried applying that same day nothing was as they promised. These people dont answer phone calls/respond to emails. Each and every review that talks about leasing office not answering phone calls is ABSOLUTELY TRUE! You can never get in ...contact with anyone when you call the office. They don’t call back within a timely fashion. After this experience, I am glad i was saved from actually applying and having to endure such lack of customer service.Property Manager Responded

Awesome place to live!
October 2, 2020Im always excited to review the awesome place I live! RBL is such a great place. The staff are great and quick to help with any maintenance problems I might have. Tons of trees. Many places to take walks . Very calming and don't forget the waterfalls after a hard day at work. Love the cathedral ceiling and all the bright light it gives me. July 31, 2020Going on my fourth year at Rosemont Berkeley Lake I still love it! When I look around at the apartments in this area the apartments at RBL here are so nice, upgraded , fresh and bright. Everything is so beautifully designed and has such a contemporary look! Simple and basic colors where its so easy to design your home. August 6, 2019Leslye has taken great care of us, and I've recommended Rosemont to others. As a recent transplant and homeowner, I worried that we'd be uncomfortable in an apartment - especially living on the bottom floor! However, we've had no problem at all.
