March 19, 2020Although I saw many mixed reviews about roaches and many other things I decided to give it a try. This place was honestly decent. It is not a luxury apartment from the outside but the inside of the apartment was very nice looking and clean. There was no carpet which people complained about in reviews? I found interesting because carpet sucks. I did spot a roach or 2 but Ramesh was very quick to get it all cleaned up and controlled. Some people here are nice and others are not as friendly. It is ...also a bit expensive but great is not the landlords decision and she needs to make money some way or another and it is in Gresham, places here are expensive.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 24, 2019Over priced to be such raggedy apartments, roaches inside of unit .. garbage always outside of dumpster and you can tell the landlord let’s abyone live there, meth addicts and crackheads all over. Horrible!!!!Review from Apartments.com

Can do whatever you want here
July 22, 2017There seem to be no rules at these duplexes. I live nearby and the residents there use power tools all day long and late into the evening including the weekends. They are allowed to build random shed type buildings, tree houses that look into neighbor's property and constantly throw or drop toys and bones into neighbor's yards. So if you are looking for somewhere to live that the management doesn't ever seem to monitor then this is the place for you.Review from Apartments.com
