longstanding electrical wiring and other issues
December 12, 2023These apartments were in very bad shape when the new owners took over in 2019 with problems with the pipes, electrical wiring, mold in the HVAC system, and soaking wet moldy interiors in the walls. The new owners did a surface-level spruce up but left the infrastructure.Review from Apartments.com
Literally awful
July 2, 2021Management is awful. Have put in so many service requests and nothing ever gets handled. Leasing office never answers the phone or their emails. Poor service, poor everything. Also, there isn’t a dog park so that amenity is a lie.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible management, crappy facilities, falling apart
July 14, 2020This place has been in construction and with new ownership since Dec 2019. They say they are going to fix things like the laundry room and give us nice facilities, but so far we have lived here for many years without basic repairs of doors, ceilings, floors and kitchen utilities. Everything is old and hasn’t been replaced in ages. Yet this new management comes in and first thing they do is tear out our pool, tear out one of the two laundry mats so now we are down to two washing machines for 100 ...people to share and they added new sidewalks. Wow. These sidewalks sure are useful when my sink is leaking, my ceiling is falling down and I have to go to a laundry mat because this facility doesn’t even have two decent washers. Also they built stairs to the laundry mat. Stairs. Didn’t even think to build a ramp for those with carts on wheels. The A building used to have a laundry mat, but now they have to walk or drive all the way to the other side for laundry. These people really need to get their priorities straight. It feels like a 5th header dreamed up their business plan. They are trying to fix up some apartments that people moved out of and raise the price. So only the new people who move in may actually have working facilities. They don’t give a crap about the people who have lived here for over 20 years. They are terrible communicators and don’t even tell us what’s going on. I lived here for years because it’s affordable without complaint, but now they want to make us live through a construction hell and raise the price? I’d rather live somewhere that cares about its tenants and is ran by people who know what they are doing.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 24, 2015My apartment is spacious yet gloomy. I have to work hard to provide some much needed lighting. My neighbors are noisy when using the washer and dryer. Yes, my apartment is attached to the wash room. Thus, there are smells of washing detergent and people singing and sometime arguing. I'm able to cook in my apartment and listen to the radio. The reception in the abode is very bad so my cell phone sometimes does not work. I spent a lot of time in the apartment, so I make sure it is clean. I don't ...do a good job of washing the dishes, but I try. I keep a lot of books in there cause I love to read. In the winter I do my best to keep the apartment comfortably warm. The summers are just as manageable. As you may have guessed I'm having trouble keep the apartment sufficiently lit. It some times renders me sullen. The gloomy ambiance gets to me at times. But, over all it keeps safe and decent. My friends enjoy it and if they like it; then I'm happy.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
