February 21, 2025I live at Rosewood Village, they have a beautiful courtyard. Nice staff, Morgan has been extremely helpful to me. Maintenance is very friendly and efficient. Any trouble i have is taken care of in a timely manner. Grounds are kept nice, no noisy neighbors. Everyone is very friendly.Review from Apartments.com

November 5, 2016I have lived at Rosewood Village for 9 years and I just renewed my lease. Since I am the pet official, I chose Rosewood to keep my boy, Buddy the cat, safe. I thought it was going to be nearly impossible to find a pet friendly complex, but the Wooten Co offers several pet friendly options for apartment renters. I think out of all of the properties that the Wooten Co manages, that accept pets, Rosewood is the choice for me.Review from Apartments.com
