Long wait for garage repairs
January 11, 2025The maintenance overall is great. Both Bryan and Jamie are very helpful and handle most issues quickly. However, I am extremely disappointed with the management at Rosina Vista. My garage is in need of repairs, and despite multiple follow-ups, they have shown little urgency in addressing the issue. They only respond to about half of my emails. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay premium rent and not receive basic maintenance in a timely manner. They are telling me it’s going to take a while to ...get it fixed. This is not ok. Meanwhile, I’ve been forced to deal with the inconvenience of manually opening and closing the garage I’m paying for. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable, and it’s clear that resident concerns are not a priority here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
