Noisy and no maintenance
July 6, 2020Living here is terrible. The management doesn't mantain the place. The apartment are extremely noisy you can hear the person below you snoring talking on the phone, walking.. it is also extremely hot. The owner doesn't care about the property. The whole property is dirty and looks abandoned. For years residents had to fight and wait for months to get things fixed like pipes, blocked drains, mold in bathroom, broken windows. Horrible experience. They remember about the residents only when they ...want to increase the rent. At the moment we had works done in 25 apartments for 1 year 6 days per week but the work done is not structural so the electrical system which is a fire hazard (we had a destructive fire last year) still has no ground, the lead paint is pealing away in apartments, the water pipes keep breaking every month and drains get clogged every 2 weeks.. this place need major structural work.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
