Worst place you can ever live
July 1, 2019When you first enter the apartment it looks nice, clean, spacious. When you look closer in the kitchen and bathroom there’s cracks and uneven craftsmanship. No matter how much you clean roaches get in through this big vent in the kitchen, the windows don’t close all the way. The winter was literally the coldest winter i ever experienced. The paint job is sloppy and there were hairs painted in the walls. The apartment people told us it would take 1 or 2 months to get a parking spot. We called back ...and said what was going on with the parking and they said other people have been waiting years for a parking spot. They lied to us. Parking in that area is terrible. If you come home past 5pm good luck, you’ll be circling for at least 30min. If you want to go out and come home at 1 or 2 am you might as well sleep in your car. If you move into apartment 18 your neighbors are the worst. At the apartment right across there’s a kid that plays video game every single day and he screams and complains. He didn’t let you sleep in on the weekends. The neighbor that shares a wall with you wow she fights everyday with a man and it gets really heated. Also the trash comes every other day and it’s the loudest banging ever. You’ll be living facing the alley so every morning people are honking and screaming outside. Also get used to weed everyday you’ll be smelling it inside your house everyday.Property Manager Responded
July 11, 2019Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience in our community, each and every one of your concerns are important to us and we want our residents to feel satisfied within their home. We apologize for any oversight in the renovations of your apartment as well as any miscommunication regarding a potential parking spot assignment. We really appreciate your time in providing us this valuable feedback for Roxanne Apartments and encourage you to please reach out to our leasing office so we can help you personally and do our best to resolve the concerns you’ve expressed. We would also be happy to schedule pest control to take care of any pest-related issues you are experiencing in your apartment. We are disheartened to hear your experiences in our community has been so unpleasant and would love the opportunity to help turn it around! Sincerely, Hasani, Angela and AD Your Community Management Team
