Moving to Durand Apartments
November 7, 2019I have been working with the Owner now for two weeks. I am handicapped and have cancer, and George has been so kind and understanding with me. Pretty much have asked me what he could do for me. And that is truly unheard of when it comes to renting an apartment. He is a God Send. I have moved a few times in my life being a retired Military man. And I have zero worries about this move. I truly look forward to living in this complex and having this man as a Landlord. He will be more of a friend than ...a Landlord. He treats me like a human. Other places I have talked to treat you like your riff-raff. Quiet, peaceful, nice
January 12, 2019I lived here for a year-and-a-half and found these apartments to be a good value. The units are older, but the manager and his family keep everything in very good shape. November 28, 2017I used to live in the Royal Durand Apartments for 3 years before I had to move for my job. The landlord and property managers kept the complex very clean and well kept. December 15, 2013Nice quiet place to live The actual owners of the complex are around often very easy going guys always willing to stop and chat with tenants and answer any questions. Rent is decently priced It sets back off the road with a woodsy country setting.
