Horrible Management and Upkeep
September 6, 2019Lived here for 5 years. The buildings are falling apart from unaddressed termites. If ever help is needed, the property manager, Joanne, will straight out lie and then do nothing about the problem. Maintenance is a joke. He rarely shows up, and when he does, he only makes things worse. We’ve been with a broken ac unit for a week last year when it was 100 degrees or more every day, and there’s zero airflow in the units so it was miserable. Then, the past winter, our hot water heater broke, and ...they made us wait 5 days while it was polar vortex outside and I was sick on top of it. The units are all mold infested, and instead of fixing the mold and termite issues, they simply plaster over them. I WOULDN’TN RECOMMEND THIS CRAP TO MY WORST ENEMY.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
