First apartment and it’s great
May 10, 2021This is my first apartment after finally moving out of my parent’s place. I think it’s great. The location is fantastic - Bloomfield is literally just down the street & so many great local spots to eat. Verona Park is walking distance. I think it’s a decent size for a one-bedroom. Kitchen appliances could use an upgrade but otherwise still in good condition. Balcony is a plus when you want to relax on a nice day. Lots of storage & good size closet for the bedroom. It’s nice to have a laundry ...facility - saves the trip of having to go to a laundromat. They maintain the place nicely. Grass is always maintained. I had my kitchen sink clogged once, and the same day I let the office know, the maintenance people came literally within an hour or two, and fixed the problem immediately. August 10, 2015I love my apartment. Being right next to part of the Hilltop Reservation, I have access to hiking trails that start in my parking lot! Plus, I get to enjoy the quiet that comes with living in the country, while still being only 5 minutes from downtown Verona and the Caldwells. The management is very responsive and helpful. The grounds are kept clean and manicured. There is always plenty of parking for both residents and visitors. Most importantly, the walls aren't thin!
