They have a bad bug infestation, as well as homeless people sleeping in stairwell. It's not safe for families. Pls find another apartment, you won't regret it.

The management is terrible. I don’t feel secure or safe here at all. They’re mean, talk over you, and have slammed a door in my face. Sadly I wish this wasn’t true. Also it’s very close to the free way, terribly hot in the summer, and has constant flooding issues. Only leaving this comment to save someone of future heart ache.

Great modern building, great location

Awesome, 5 year old apartment building, with convenient parking garage, great location close to freeway and nice floorplans. Tall ceilings, quality amenities, large windows. Very soundproof, concrete building - we never hear any of our neighbors on either side. All in all, very good apartment building.
